So where is your apology now?

Man you are such a loser.

Stick to your wonderful powers of observation if you cannot be constructive.

Any more insightful and constructive comments?

    An apology maybe?

Or do you just want to contribute to other forum threads about which you know so much?

Firstly, your copy doesnt prove anything whatsoever. If you really wanted to prove you were for real, why not leave the case number in there?

Second of all, its a complete fake.

Dont send me any more private messages....I have not invited you to contact me privately and your childishness is annoying.

Give it up......noone believes it. :rotfl:

You really are quite a sad and pathetic individual.

This forum is here to help and support. You obviously relish the ability to be critical without basis.

Why comment when clearly you know nothing - as a wise man once said-

"Let people think you are a fool rather than open your mouth and remove all doubt"

    Farewell oh foolish one.

If that's true, why keep coming back to the thread? :wall:

Keep posting Oscar, I'm sure there are many 'silent' watchers like me who are interested in your story.

    Very many thanks.

It does stagger me, the amount of people who wax lyrical with self-confessed certainty when quite clearly they know nothing and are 100% speculating.

I go to court in May and I may well lose but the district judge has decided not to kick it out and instead award a hearing so let's see if Paypal turn up.

Am still laughing over the "Declaration" that my court hearing papers are fake. Naturally I am so keen on maintaining the sham that I somehow generated a rogue set. I hope they are not otherwise I will be wasting a day turning up!! Win or lose I will tell all after the hearing (although by the sounds of it if I win there are some doomsayers who will say I am just making it up!!).

    Have a good weekend all.

Just in case anyone has a problem writing to Paypal or finding and address for Paypal then use this:

    Paypal Europe UK ltd
    Hotham House
    1 Heron House
    Richmond upon Thames
    Surrey
    TW9 1EJ

This company is NOT Paypal and any proceedings against it will fail... the company handling these money transfer services is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, with a registered office in Luxembourg.

See this post and the following posts in the thread for an explanation. But in short, look carefully through your User Agreement, which you will find makes no reference whatsoever to any of the three UK-registered companies at the above address... it claims that the Agreement is regulated by English Law but PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie was set up when the UK Paypal operation was moved out of the UK in 2007 so that it would not be a financial services company subject to formal FSA regulation.
