Dear Sir,
I was shocked the other day to have a polite request from a member of your staff to use the toilet. It is quite disgusting that you use staff that are unable to hold a bladder for a long period of time. I would request that this employee was explained to how things work in this country and that etiquette requires that we soil ourselves rather than ask to use the toilet.
Maybe in order to help your staff they should be going nil by mouth for 24 hours before a delivery. I request that you punish your staff member for such a lack of control. I would suggest a short beating with a leather strap my discourage this unfortunate behaviour. I will also be informing offcomm who I'm sure will wish to take action on this matter.

May be you could have let him use your tiolet. Then mentioned if he could push the letters all the way through your letter box. As you let him use your tiolet, he may think what a nice person so go the extra mile for you.
I used to chat to a bin man. He said when people let him go the tiolet or tip at christmas they would go the extra mile for them. If other people were rude or complained about silly things they would follow their job spec to the letter. eg if rubbish not in the correct place they would leave it etc.0
