    Download, install and run CCleaner
Go to Tools > Start up and click on the save to text file button in the bottom right hand corner. Save the text file to your Desktop. Go to Tools > Uninstall and repeat the exercise.
Paste the contents of the .txt files here and we can advise.

the dates have no correlation whatsoever with what u should remove; i.e. with what is important. that tells u nothing of value .

Have a look at SlimCleaner. It's a cloud-based cleaner and optimiser that examines installed programs and gives information and advice about what they do and whether they are necessary.

    http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/SlimCleaner.shtml

Edit: Opt out of the AVG toolbar option during the installation procedure if you don't want it.
Error! - Keyboard not attached. Press any key to continue.

    1. Open up the program
    2. Update if you are asked to
    3. There are 4 buttons down the left and "Tools" takes you to your list of programs
    4. You can now delete what you don't want(by right clicking the program and selecting uninstall" but the best route here is "if in doubt do NOT delete" until you have done some checking

That's not quite it, but close.

    1. Open up the program
    2. There are 4 buttons down the left and "Tools > Uninstall" takes you to your list of programs.
    3. Tool > StartUp takes you to a list of the programs that startup with your computer.
    4. Save to text file on both of these options produces a dialogue box where you can choose to save a text file list of what is there.
    5. Save it, open it and then Copy & Paste the contents in to your next post.

    Very simple.

No need to pay, just run CCleaner like multiple posters have told you to. TakeThis has posted step by step instructions.
