    Oh silly me, never heard it described as that before.I ll have to make a note of the programmes to uninstall first as i wont be able to remember them all

    :mad: ive uninstalled about 2, now it says Please wait until the current programme has finished uninstalling or being changed but how long does this take ? I thought it was only a few seconds

    It takes a while, as you have to wait until one is complete before beginning another. Patience. Uninstalling is not the same as deleting. :)

    Are you paying for the BT McAfee?

    No. Its free as we have unlimited download from them.

    Ok ive uninstalled them apart from rapport and the mcafee and bt ones. Dont i need the rapport one for my financial details for online banking ?
