2 lbs down on last week - my new low for this challenge!
Nothing on the MS front though - nothing saved as I haven't been doing the spending, and nothing extra, not even a wombled penny. However, I have a bit of overtime to add at the end of this month and may be able to make a small mortgage overpayment soon too. Also I have plans to join my work's shopping scheme which would give me 5% off at a couple of supermarkets - but I have to work out how to work it first.
Congratulations to those who are making progress - I noticed a couple of people have recently got past the half way mark on one or the other aspects of the challenge!
Commiserations to the poorly people, I hope it doesn't last and you do indeed get a silver lining in terms of weight going down.
And for those who are struggling - {{hugs}} - that's why we're on here. I doubt I would have made the 2lbs loss unless I had the encouragement of being answerable here. Slow and steady wins the race.Miggy

Congrats to all who have done so well.
Same here :-(
Hope we both feel better soon.0 -
I've been another one of the 'slipped by the wayside' gang, so I hadn't felt it worthwhile posting, but today I can report some more positive news!
My PPI claim has finally come through and they're going to pay me £2,831.71, which is fab, and by golly do we need the £. I also had work again this weekend, for the first time since Christmas (I'm self-employed), so that was a healthy £80 profit tucked into the kitty too. I've got work again this weekend, and the one after, so I'm hopefully going to be seeing some more earnings coming in. I've also done a 0% balance transfer, but have yet to calculate what I've saved in interest on those... will do that next time I post.
Weight wise, I've not lost, but I've not gained, however, as part of my 'celebration' at having got the PPI agreed, I'm investing in a new diet plan, so hoping to see a few lbs dropping off soon enough.
Still very impressed with people's efforts on this, and good to see people sticking with it. I don't post often, but read the thread most days to see how you're all getting along.
Right, I'd best go change my sig...One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Finally got £50 from YouGov, arrived in my account yesterday :j - it's only taken me 3 years to get there :rotfl:
So I've done my save £200, which I thought would be nigh on impossible, now to get back on track with the weight, it's been static for 3 weeks (at least not going back up).0 -

Well done everyone. Just got weighed and rather surprised to see 13st 6lb which means I've lost half a stone! Probably due to a really stressful week at work but at least something good has come out of it! I also got paid this week so have transferred £500 into a savings account so am hoping for no unexpected expenses this month. Good luck to everyone saving and dieting this week.
Weight lost: 7lb of 14lb
Money saved: £500 of £10000
