£1600 now. Max weight loss so far is 8lbs, though more often I'm weighing at -6lbs from starting weight. This is all from being single and mostly eating less (so far - have been hanging out and eating with friends more often recently, and have a date tomorrow night at a swanky restaurant - eek!).

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Congratulations everyone on your savings and weight loss! I've not saved any money this week as I don't get paid until next week and I'm waiting to transfer the money I have left in my account to savings when I get paid (if that makes sense!).

I do appear to have lost 2lb though which I'm pleased about. Have a good week everyone!

haven't been on for ages...fallen a little by the wayside on the weight front, but held steady at 6lb loss, i wanted to lose 10lb but always find the last part the hardest..... i know 4lbs isn't alot between now and end april, its a pschological barrier for me though.

better on the finances i am up to £1,001. i saved some yesterday but haven't worked it out....went to smiths to get the £15 gift card for £10 and using that to buy stamps that are also 5% off. also was going to go for coffee out with DH but we decided to do shopping and come home, so didn't spend that money. i really want to get to £2,000 by end of april but don't know if that will happen. DH went to get new glasses yesterday and it came to over twice what i was expecting :eek:
  • Been ill all weekend and feel worse today. Head spinning. Who knows, might be a silver lining in all this on weight front.

Congrats to all who have done so well.
