Well I haven't done any exercise till today (2.5 mile walk) so I haven't lost any weight. But I finish my current job this week and have a week off next week, during which I'll be doing 3 Sports Pilates classes. That includes the regular class that i signed up for, plus 2 classes that I've missed in the mad rush to get stuff completed before I finish in my job.
The good news is that with my new job, i'll be car sharing with a friend who works 1.5 miles from where I'll be based. So that's a built in 3 miles per day walk on the days he's driving.
The savings are creeping up. I have £97.48 so far, and I'm waiting on £8 from a mystery shop and around £60 from online games. I'll include them in my total once the cash actually arrives in my account.
Thanks once again to Mr B for the challenge and recording it on his spreadsheet.0 -
Er, yeah, the spreadsheet... I'll get around to it again soon (stares at floor and shuffles uncomfortably). Been digging and weeding most of the day and it's a damn sight more fun than running. Be interesting to see if this week is as crazy as last - have a sneaking suspicion that the red wine, comfort eating and bizarre sleep patterns might *just* have slightly added to the stress. Now I'm full of vegetables and virtue I wonder if the molehills will still turn into mountains. Can't wait for the weigh-in tomorrow - just hoping some of that 5lb gift yesterday has stayed off.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Dont worry about the spread sheet Mr B as we can all keep track of our losses(or gains!) and our own financial targets.

Feeling a bit down on the weight front, done nothing but eat this weekend  went to the gym earlier but it's not enough!
Money wise, my T*sco receipt showed 95p saved yesterday *sighs* better than nowt!0 -
No idea on the money front but will try and work it out! Very happy about the weight loss. Perhaps I need to explain how I am able to loose it so quickly and I feel a bit of a cheat posting in this thread but I have had major surgery and in preparation for the surgery I did have to loose a certain amount of weight in a short period of time. The weight will continue to come off quickly as I have a lot to loose but am on a very strictly controlled diet for at least another 4 weeks. Once that time is over it's all up to me and thats when I am hoping this thread will be my inspiration.0
