No weight loss so far this week but have swum twice, so all good there. Found 30pounds in various pots, so have added that to my total so. Oh and have just realised that I haven't included 8 pounds of auction sales in my total. So I have now achieved 100 pounds woop woop!, Will go and update my sig.
Oh and .......I HAVE FOUND MY SHRED DVD .....:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

I'm following a healthy diet based on slimming world and haven't started any real excercise yet as i've been too heavy but hoping to start 'moving more' this week

just weighed myself and thrilled that another 1lb has gone making my loss 6lbs since i started. really really pleased with this as i am declaring 10lbs to lose which is the hardest ones as it is to get me down to my ideal weight. i then want to stick at it and not increase by more than 3lbs (for a fluctuation amount). found it fairly easy this time by cutting out all sugar and alchol and crisps etc...started with atkins style (but eating vegetables) then just healthy eating....
saved £2.30p but hoping to put in £310 at end of month. just not gone shopping this month but keeping it there in current account in case.

Motivated to bloo*y well get this weight off (again), today I shall clean some cupboards, that's exercise surely? I won't be finding money today but I won't spend any...hopefully! I would. If only to send myself scurrying back in the right direction.
