  • Weighed in today so aiming for half a stone loss by 26th January. Fortunately we don't have any chocolates etc in the house (well, we do but it's the kid's and they aren't giving it up!) so I should be able to eat fairly sensibly today.

  • I'll weigh in on 2nd Jan and aim to lose 2 stone by 2nd May.

2 grand by 2nd May too - as I want to take my husband to NY for our 25th wedding anniversary.

So - two outcomes, both achievable by me and both positive results.

Just need to get rid of the European food mountain and global emergency wine store currently being hosted in our house........ BUT wii fit is up and running. Exercise on tap.

See you on the other side xx

This is good :). I have been thinking of setting myself my very own 100 day challenge, which was to pay off my biggest credit card (£550... i am a student on only £200 a month tho :() and lose 20lbs in weigh. Mine is running from 1st jan - 9th April, but i thought i would just post to say good luck :):)
 How did I let it get such a mess?
  • Have put together a list of those who've stated an interest and also all the data I have on each of you. Will this help us? If so, I'm happy to update each day and repost. Please feel free to inform me of any additions, omissions, etc.

That's a great chart Mr B! My start date is 27th Dec - 27 April end date.

As for me, plenty of walking the last couple of days which is good going and really nice too. A little bit of overeating done and will try hard to get back on track tomorrow. Might go for a short quick burst run tomorrow too to get the metabolism going again or might try my new Zumba wii tomorrow too and see how that goes.

Next weigh day for me is 13th Jan at the earliest. I'm delaying it for a few weeks to get back on track and then hopefully once the routine is back again the final few lbs drop off.

Happily though 2 NSDs and aiming for another one tomorrow

  • Mr B my start weight will be 14. 05 on 24th dec, today weight the same, money made so far zilch, but will be looking for stuff to fleabay when the kids are back at school. Am being distracted by dd having great fun sitting on a whoopee cushion, winding up the dog! Will weigh in every Friday, but am an obsessive compulsive daily weigher on the sly. Must learn how to do a signature.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

    Evening all

The 23rd of April is the eve of my 40th Birthday and what better way to celebrate than being 2 stone lighter? So I'll commit to that :D

    No. 11 2.5GRAND 1.5 STONE 4 MONTHS

Money made today: £7.00 (£2493 to go :o)

Sorting out paperwork on desk, money off coupons for things I buy, value transferred over now and coupons in purse where they will annoy me till I use them :rotfl:

ETA: Should have hung on - entered 2 receipts in Asda Price Guarantee & got 2 whopping coupons - 1 for 33p & 1 for 2p (yes, I WILL use it :o). Am not doing bank transfer for 35p but something to add onto next payment :).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Like the chart Mr B. My start date will be when the more calorie laden leftovers have been eaten-possibly tomorrow if I decide to curry the turkey. Will weigh in the morning.
