Removing items from house after Seperation

Hi
I meant Friday evening until sunday 6pm. and possibly 1 night in the week. I would settle for a couple of hours in the week though.
I work but OH doesn't. I have asked my Solicitor to request mediation. I also would like us to attend Relate to try and get some common ground.
Although I have said this before. The things that are being said by OH and her actions are totally out of character.

We do live within a mile of each other at present.
Can someone please tell me why OH won't talk to me about the seperation or the kids? Totally Confused!!

Sounds like you're getting almost 2 days at the weekend (not much you can do before 12 and after 6) and a few hours in the week, which is quite a lot of access if you ask me, can't be much difference to the time you spent with them while you were working 48hrs a week? It's more than I'd ever agree to for my ex but I work full time but he's a complete @nus.

Your access arrangement means the mother gets no weekend time with the kids, might not matter so much now they're small but when they go to school full time and she potentially works (why not now) she's gonna miss out on a whole lot. Would it not be better to have every other weekend for the full weekend ie Friday after school hrs til Sunday tea time?

Don't let her blackmail you for more money whatever you do. Go through the CSA if needs must :-(

As for the army letters, sorry I hate my ex if it was me I'd be taking them to burn them and do some voodoo ritual, has any hair gone missing from your brush?

Hi.

I only get the kids for 1 night a week. I don't see that as being fair. OH wanted the free time at the weekend not me.
Originally she wanted me to take them every weekend but when I did she changed HER rules.
Yes i do agree with every other weekend fri to sun but that doesn't suit her either.
She not working through her own choice. Though I know she does now realise that she needs to work.
On a totally seperate note..... She now moved out of her mother's and into a homeless unit!!!!!!
I have said nshe can take the house but she won't reply to my texts or take my calls.
