Just re-read your post there and i THINK if she HAS moved out, then change the locks-i would!
Technically, she's officially out of the house and has no reason to come back unless you have asked her to or she HAS to ask you for permission!

-Let her know that if she wants something from the house, she has to ask you for access and you have to be there as the items are YOURS TOO!!!
  • I asked her to leave me a note of what she has taken and I lose access to kids!!
I really don't know what to do for the best. feel as if I am her puppet!

I had something similar happen to me, my ex would occasionally pop into the house and have a look around, remove items and go through my belongings. I eventually had enough so all my precious and important items (like financial paperwork, passport, photo's, etc) I boxed up and left with a friend. I couldn't take the chance. I wasn't so bothered about furniture that was removed, just invasion of privacy I suppose.

I hope your able to work something out and get some access to your children.

Any woman who uses her kids to get money is sick!

A friend of mine no longer speaks to her mum since she found out she stopped her dad having much access. When she turned 18 and went to uni, her dad tracked her down and gave her a photocopy of the letter he'd written her every year for birthdays and xmas!

I'd perhaps catalogue the house, and in draws, stick a post it note saying "boo" or something sarcastic showing you know she's been rooting!

I'd also set a webcam up as a motion sensor to capture he coming into the house. It will automatically send an email to you.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Goodness that was really careless of you to lose the keys!! Better change the locks in case you get burglars! Of course she can have access to the house while you are there.... get my drift?

As far as child access goes, I would get it into court as soon as you can - your solicitor if he is any good should be able to advise you on this. If he umms and ahhs, then get another one. You want a pit bull of a solicitor who won't let go - by refusing you access she is doing untold damage to the children. I had a really acrimonious divorce from my ex, but never ever stopped him seeing his daughter! I also never criticised him in front of her, but by god that was difficult!!
  • That was the best advise ever THANKS.
    Cant find them anywhere!!
  • Ha!
Once again she messing me about over seeing kids.
Just got back from appointment. (Counsellor)
I can only see kids if I pick them up before 6pm tonight!
Changed Xmas plans to cause me max disruption.

    Calm Calm Calm.
  • What's with the young women of today ? Have heard of numerous cases like this where the mother stops the dad from seeing the children just because they can . Not thinking of the children and how they feel about not seeing their dads ( + grandparents too !) I'm just writing about what I've heard + not where there is an abusive parent. Why is one of the first things they do is use the children as a weapon ? I cannot understand it . I really hope you can get things sorted and feel for your situation. Good Luck.
