Its true that making a bit of an effort really does make you feel better isn't it?
I've done all the Christmas prep and housework and then had a nice bath, defuzzed, washed my hair, put a load of slap on and dried my hair properly.
I've dug out a nice boho type top to wear, put a bit of jewellery on, squirted a bit of perfume and I'm about to do my nails again before the family arrive.

Probably don't look much different but feel better - whoever thought of this thread deserves a medal for the encouragement to do something for yourself for a change!:T

Anyone else already suffering a little from scoffing too much festive food like me? :o
Get on http://www.beach-fitness.com/tabata/ and set it for 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest for 3 rounds, for the first 30 do star jumps and the second 30 hold the plank position!
Then set it for 10 seconds on, 20 seconds rest for 4 rounds. On the 10s hold a squat position, for 20s squat up and down as fast as you can.
It's only five minutes but you will feel better :)

Right now I've done that it's time for me to finally sort out my roots!!!
