  • hi all,

just wanted to say thanks for all the support i've had on here in the past with my problems, i know i'm not there yet but you've all been really lovely on the old thread and lifted my spirits when i've needed it with your wise words.

  • Welcome all newcomers!

I had my weigh in this morning as STS which is no surprise really considering how much I have eaten this week! Pleased I stayed the same and aim to lose another 1lb by the next weigh in. All in a few week time that is!

Fab-wise today I went for a run this morning before work and then hopefully will take the dog on a longer walk this afternoon after work. Used my not often used mineral foundation this morning and surprised myself with how nice it looked when on. Less is more with this and looks much nicer with less on than layering up a liquid foundation and then a layer of this or powder.

This afternoon when I get back will be fabbing the house up and then fabbing some Christmas presents and then fabbing myself too for a little bit, with a celebratory drink and maybe a quick face mask

OK, so the baby step's fab step so far for me today

    1: Purfume on
2: Put cream on all over to stop the dry skin flaring up into a eczma episode

What I need to do is go on the Wii later and go for a walk and do the streaching exercise I'v been given to strength the tendon I'v been in pot for 7 week's due to a partial tear of the achilles tendon........and trust me, that hurt's.

Also need to sort through my clothe's and see what I need to buy next year, of the top of my head, I know I need trouser's.

Need to meal plan so I can lose some of the extra winter 'insolation' :o I'v gained over the year's and also need to get the calander out and 'book' in some organized exercise spot's mainly swimming

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

I'm amazed at people making a start already when there's so much else to do.:T

That's great news elfen, especially at this time of the year. And big :T to betony and sparkles for sticking with it.

Lizzie, it's great to hear you sounding so upbeat and together.:D

Do take care boult, I suppose it's OK with your special exercises but don't push yourself too hard. A wardrobe audit is an excellent idea. It's amazing how things can come to light you'd forgotten you had or take the opportunity for a bit of decluttering and donating to the CS. I think it's a good idea to think about combinations of things that make outfits like tops and scarves to go with skirts/trousers. That way you can make a list of things to look out for when shopping.

I must get my 'resolution' notebook started.

I've done my usual coiffure and creaming today and make up. All to go to Asda:rotfl:All I've got left to do is cooking and no urgency for that. New diswasher should be here in next couple of hours so meanwhile I'm staying out of the way (DH dismantling old one).
