Glad you're feeling a little better, LL.:o
WW my ankles always swell if I don't put my feet up - as in higher than the rest of me - for part of the day.:( I'm glad to be beyond having to put up with the female time of the month stuff though, I have to admit.;)
Had to get Mr LW to brush my hair for me again this morning; I'm gradually getting him trained to haul the brush through it, and not be afraid of hurting me.;) I keep telling him, if he'd let me cut it, it'd be less hassle, but no dice - he goes all sad-looking and says "But I like you with long hair!" so I guess it stays for a while longer.:rotfl:
Despite my shoulder hurting like the very devil (one of the wives insisted on hugging me at the CAMRA meeting last night, and started it off really hurting again) I shall attempt a little WiiFit shortly; and I have my Brain Training to do, too.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

It's ok - I can't type much because of my neck/shoulders/arms etc.
Yes we should be on "I"
How about
Individiualism, Independence, Inspiration for starters
Be Individual - don't follow the herd. Be yourself - find your own style, don't be a fashion victim.
Retain your Independence - you can stand on your own two feet. Read your post WW about what you have achieved on your own. Excellent. It's amazing what we can do when we have to.
Inspiration - From wherever or whoever it comes from. Be inspired to do great things (or even little ones). Who inspires you.
We had a great time on Frump to Fab II talking about "Filmspiration"[/B - fab word. About actors and stars of a certain age who can still inspire us with their beauty, charm and grace i.e. Helen Mirren, etc.
Investment - Invest in your self. Time, effort and money if you have it. In your health and wellbeing, in your education, in your hobbies and the things that make you feel good. In your home in your comfort, in your future.
Impressive - Be impressive, walk tall and proud, display confidence even if you don't always feel it.
Ouch shoulder starting to hurt - must stop typing.
Time to go back into lurkdom:(
Bye for now - keep fabbing - I'm still watching you.0 -

Just a quick post for some mse advice please. I've got a freebee £5 Boots No7 voucher passed on by DD1. I've not bought that brand in years. Any ideas what I could spend it on?
I have been managing to read but not post. Will definitely try to post later.0 -
I.... Hmmm, its a toughie!
Will have a think.
Better day for me today, have deflated a little bit but still on the chubby side I think. Need to do something about it, and soon.
I was so tired last night I went to bed at 10pm (early for me) and slept through to 5.30am - a massive night's sleep by my standards. Felt so much better this morning.
Bonkers day at work though - just had read of a Martina Cole book in the bath to unwind and put some clothes ready for work tomorrow. If I fit into them I'll look quite smart:rotfl:
Wednesday already tomorrow - half way to the weekend!:T
PS nice to "see" you LL - continue with the well earned rest xx0 -
Thought of one - Ironing!
One of my least favourite jobs but in order to be groomed and well turned out its a necessary evil.:mad:0 -

You could try a nail varnish? Just don't go for Vivid Violet, that one's rubbish. Dollar looks brilliant though.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0
