Thanks LL, not sure I could eat a whole elephant so one bite at a time sounds good.
Took a long time to put this weight on, Ive gotta get it into my head that is gonna take a long time getting it off, wish I could wake up one day and all the hard work is done and I'm a nice size 12. Lol.
Baby steps, small changes. My sister-in-law has recently lost a stone since august just by making small changes, as first it didnt notice but saw her on saturday for the first time since xmas and she looked really good. Gives me some hope.Chiari Brain Malformation - decompression survivor

How ridiculous is that? So you go to SW tonight and the consultant tells you that the scales are saying you've gained a stone since last week. And you say, so what????? I think maybe the feedback was thought up at 2.00 a.m, It worries me that people are being paid to write such rubbish!0 -
Well done willow :T
Hi everyone seen as though ground is too wet and slippy for a run today I put an old workout dvd on and did the cardio section 3 times. Tried a new dvd first that I got in pound shop and it was rubbish but I really enjoyed the old Martine McCutcheon one xCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
