Im the same - just maintaining my Fab routines xx

I just watch the seasons and the changes in the garden or park - they make me realise that life is moving on - even on a dull midwinters day xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Last night, cleansed, toned, scrubbed, applied some dove gradual tan as looking a bit pale! It's only the light to medium for a hint of colour. Got up earlier this morning to be more organised which worked well and even left for work earlier too, that didn't work out well though as traffic is busier so took me even longer than usual!!

Here's to a good week of fabbing and being organised!

Callisto I know what you mean, I'm just the same - get up, Mr LW helps me get bathed and dressed, see him off to work, do housework, have lunch/do emails and other internet stuff, do more housework and WiiFit, get dinner, do Brain Training/mini-walker machine while Mr LW does his WiiFit, play a bit of his choice of PC/console game, go to bed. Repeat ad nauseam.:o

    :D I'm back - with a vengeance:D

    So watch out.

We've got just a couple of days left in January - the month when we are allowed to slack a little and then on Wednesday it's February and it's down to business, with some serious fabbing.

    You have been warned.

I will be cracking the whip and taking no prisioners.:rotfl::rotfl:

I've had a fab, fab, fab, time. I'm bursting with ideas and raring to go.

I will reveal all - all in good time.;)

In the meantime - just going to grab a quick bite and then dash off to see my darling OH, dash back get the dinner on, catch up with DS2 and then probably collapse in a heap on the sofa.

    Bye for now x

    Everyday - a multi vitamin
    Everyday - Wear perfume
    Everyday - perfect posture
Everyday - one small beauty treatment

    Morning all,

LL - thank you for the post hun, it really did make me feel better. I do feel it's the right thing it's just hard not to feel a little guilty - I think 'not giving up on things' is something that's drummed into us at school, from parents, even in the work place until it's sort of stuck in our subconscious - when sometimes giving up something that's not working out for you can be the best thing to do. :D

    You know the saying

    If it's a Dead Duck, it's a Dead Duck.

Don't keep going back and feeling for a pulse.

Just walk away and don't torture yourself with guilt.

Concentrate on making that first million.;)

    afternoon all.
Well last week I pigged out a little, a pizza on Monday and a Chinese on Friday so this week I'll have to reign it back in - I started with blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch so feeling very virtuous :)
I'm on lates this week in work and I tend to snack more when on lates so will do my best not to this week.

I managed to repair the dress I ripped over the weekend, and also finished making the wedding invites and posted them off - if I never see another card again it'll be too soon! To be honest I really enjoyed making them it just took so long and I'm kinda glad they're done so I get my evenings back.

I'm off to a beauty school tomorrow morning as a model for the girls preparing for exams, which I've done before and is great. You get a manicure, facial and make-up application. The makeup was too heavy for me last time - far more than I usually wear but if it's too heavy tomorrow I've time to take some off before work and it'll be nice to be pampered I think

Evening all - welcome back LL - glad you had a brilliant time!
Hope you feel a bit more positive soon Callisto - its awful feeling down with nothing to look forward to. Molly is right though - things are slowly changing, it was almost light when I went to work this morning:T
Yeah for finishing the assignment Fedup :j- bet its a weight off your mind!

Back to work today - felt a bit queasy but managed to last the day. Still not got much of an appetite - not such a bad thing as I can eat my own body weight when the fancy takes me!
Had a meat free kiev thing and nice fresh runner beans for tea - thought it was better to have a small meal and have something else if I fancied it rather than waste a big dinner. Have since scoffed some strawberries so must be on the mend. Still I suppose it was all good for you food - lots of vitamins. Talking about vitamins, I'm managing to take a multivit and a Vit B complex everyday to speed along my hair.

If I can get my sleep pattern back to normal I'll be fitting fit - I have phases of insomnia and now appears to be one of them. I go to sleep easily and then wake up after about 2 hours and just can't get back to sleep, its really irritating and the night seems a very long time sometimes...... Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
