Your body has taste. Unfortunate, but very unlikley to be MaccyD's fault as you are the constant factor in the equation. I would take it as 'one of those things', and either ask the kids if they fancy going somewhere that doesn't make daddy ill, or just don't eat when you do go :-(

So it's not just that visit to McDonalds, unless visiting McDonalds in general is stressful

I would imagine this is a large part of it. Also i think that worrying that something is going to happen can actually bring it on anyway. I don't go on nights out very often and always worry I'm going to get a headache meaning I won't be able to drink. 9 times out of 10 I get the headache. :(
It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j

  • Take 3 paracetamol with your first drink and you'll be fine.

it's the headache in the morning you need to worry about.

Of course this is tongue in cheek, but just in case...

Do not exceed the stated dose of any medication (usually 2 paracetamol), and some people recommend not mixing them with alcohol as they're both heavy on the liver (but no or little medical evidence to back this up)

Phenolphthalein, has a strange effect on the bowels, in less than a minute, I dont recommend it though as it is a poison,

Have you ever been when the kids are off school or about 4pm when the school kids are in getting their dinner

wasn't actually tongue in cheek, I just forget that I don't go by the manual. I used to stop off at the shop on the way to the pub, get paracetamol and a can of lager just to keep the hangover at bay.
I always take 3 paracetamol / asprin / etc.. but yep, not advisable to copy me just because I do it.

that's one backwards school if they have their dinner break after school. Schools round here have their dinner break at 12pm.
