  • Do you watch the salt in your diet? I know that can make a bit difference with blood pressure.

    yep spring is in the air and after last years no chance of getting on a hill due to mr el being so ill ... this year i plan on making up for it ... got my walking boots all polished and ready to go lol

    now to get time :)

    i do electrobix as i dont like too much salt . i dont eat processed foods and dont use salt in my cooking or anything ... but i know salt and sugar always sneak into some foods unbeknown to the purchaser so i will be more aware of it just incase

    i think given that today my eye is giving me alot of pain and i have just told h im i dont want to go to the swimming incase i get chlorine in it and rub it too much as it has been in agony today ... fingers crossed he might take note

    ofcourse this wasnt helped by my friend asking him to make tablet... i told her he cant cause i is gonna need to loose weight ... so she phoned him up and asked him lol

    have to admit i was very scared but lay there trying not to panic and just test to see if it came back ( i could see the light from my phone but nothing else)

    i may have to get a voice activated laptop though:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    i am going to have to try to get on top of things though as it is seriously starting to impede in my life and i dont do impeding in my life lol

    woke up today and had an agonizing pain in my right eye ... i am starting to get so worried about it now i will even make an appt for the dr ... and as bob will atest to that is something i rarely do :D

    hubby's wage came in yesterday so i paid some things off just gonna update my totals

    2. Check out RFL schedule.
