i'm loaded with a cold and have a shift tomorrow that i cant cancel :( today i havnt done anything but sit on the couch snottering to myself ... was hoping to have gone out for a walk and maybe pop into the library but i dont reckon i would make it up the hill without collapsing

i feel as if i am starting to get obsessed with money budgetting again as well, it's like my months arnt going fast enough and i am counting down the days till pay day so that i can pay more off and be closer to being debt free ... i'm sitting here plotting ways in which i can possibly pay things off faster earn more money etc and i feel like scrooge McDuck lol

i'm also thinking should i start on focussing on one debt at a time and hammering away at that for the psychological boost that comes with it ... but then i am going to transfer everything soon anyway so there will only be the one visa one student loan and the mortgage ( oh and the sofa's but they will take their time ... cant really change that )

I'm sure you'll work out the best plan for you but I know how time consuming it is for you but you'll know when it feels right
  • The 18th may can't wait soooo over being pregnant 10 weeks to go!

We're the same so close to having all the credit cards paid off just the mortgage and the car that we will have I'm working hard to get a bonus at work and hubby is due one in may that will put us in a nice position for mat leave don't get me wrong we'll be skint whilst I'm off but it'll be worth it.

I do not live there anymore. I simply couldn't afford it so moved in with a friend while I pay off some debt and save for a place with the OH (who is now also living with the above friend).

Living in a small room and sharing the lounge is a big change from a large one bed flat but I would rather have a financially viable future than have the space right now.

We have a little 2.5 bed terrace lined up for the start of May and I will still be able to afford that and reduce debt by a lot.

I know what you mean about getting obssessed with clearing debt. I keep thinking - I have budgeted this but If I don't spend it I can move some more money to pay things off.

Which of your debts do you hate the most? I am going with my loan to first direct since it reminds me I spent on cards again after my friend bailed me out.
