Hi Elantan, do think though that whilst you don't feel comfortable charging people, they don't feel uncomfortable taking your knowledge - that's where the £ has to come in. Maybe set yourself a target of insisting one person pays and see how you feel?

I think yes I do need to do something Tilly tbh otherwise I won't deal with it and will carry on the way I am
Although I will be honest I don't allow people to take advantage of me anymore ... Which was a huge step for me
Skinty I am in my running gear just now ... Gonna have a quick chat with mr el then hit the treadmill
And park run is in the cards for tomorrow I have 16 seconds to shave off my PB0 -
Well I did day 3 of week one it was hard going, it really was, my legs felt like lead ... But I managed it
I also sugar shuffled and Tilly tidied so that's the finances sorted for the night:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Went for a walk with mr el and whilst out feeling very virteous we stopped in and had a chippyI had a hamburger supper and mr el a king rib supper costing £5.40 .... I realised half way through my run why my legs were like lead, I hadn't eaten since breakfast ( I wasn't hungry and had that person over today so didn't eat with them in either ) by the time I was done I was hungry and so was mr el but he wanted a walk ... Off we toddled and whilst toddling saw the chippy and basically gave in
When I get this menu planning sorted these things shouldn't happen as we will have the food organised the day before, we hut dint today an was too hungry/ tired to deal with it, menu planning will hopefully make our lives easier ... I think it will tbh once we're in top of it0 -

He he he Skinty
She was only trying to be helpful and I understood that, but she kept trying to get me to run for 1 min without stopping, now I can run 1 min in the treadmill without stopping ( just) but I'm not quite ready yet for Tarmac nonstop for 1 min I tried to explain to her lok I'm not ready yet but will be soon but she kept on
I eventually said to her " look I can run for a minute if you really want me to, but at the end I that minute I will collapse and you will have to perform CPR, the rest of your day will be ruined, how about if I run as long as I'm able and stop when I need to and do the best I can"
She backed off behind me for about 5 mins at tht point then came back with a whole nicer attitude and we got on fantastic
I know my body and when I am pushing it too far, even at my personal training work outs I would tell my trainer look I am not fit for this but he insisted, when he saw the colour drain from my face and the sweat starting and me having to lie on the floor to stop myself from falling a couple of times he finally figured mmmm maybe I should listen to el as she knows what she is capable of lol0
