:rotfl:Maybe not the best psycology in all cases... I just worked out what percent I've paid off my mortgae (new in October to be fair) and it currently stands at 0.2% :rotfl:

I'm going to do percentages. One for the credit cards (c.£7k) and one for the overall debt including cc's (£23k) so one should come down much quicker than the other.

So my new year celebrations are all over, we're all still here and the world hasn't came to an end

    That's a bit of good news :)

Got my wages yesterday have paid the various bits out and transferred money for the rest of the month, the blind that hubby was sooooo desperate for didn't come in so I got a refund for that and for a USB stick from play. Com as well as they didn't send it out either, went down to mil's to deal with her finances, did a shop £60 it came to as we bought wine and ice cream ( that won't be happening often I can assure you)

And that's us back to an even keel again :)

So dotty aunty's heating is fixed, more unplanned spends have been going on but it is a very expensive time of year so it's to be expected I spose

Nothing much else planned for today except eat some lovely food lovingly prepared by mr el and maybe watch a wee movie or two
