    Thanks everyone, and yes i can confirm butti can be one scary lady should the need arise lol

    well i went cycling at the weekend and really hurt my bum ... i was kanckered but really enjoyed it ( apart from the really sore bum)... so i have ordered a gel seat to see if that helps as the cycling really is a good cardio workout for me

    in other news i just got a phone call from the drs summoning me up to the surgery ... i was gonna phone at the end of the week as well to get my results ... seems they are in

    Nah. I'm lovely and fluffy and a bit vacant at the moment. Have left my coffee on the counter at the library twice in the last two days.

    I landed up having to turn on my phone ... One text message from work asking me to cover shifts ... Which i totally ignored and one answer machine message asking who authorised my toil because i cant have it as it cant get covered ... I had to reply to that one

    So my message in the book is totally ignored and my work think it's ok to contact me when i have specifically told them not to hmmm

    Surely the above message is;
    a. Not your problem
    b. Their problem
    c. A sign that they don't have enough staff (and that they are !!!! managers!)

    I hope you told them the phone is going off now until you return.
