Sorry to hear work is so bad and that most certainly won't be helping your situation.I hope you manage to find something soon x

thanks Butti will look at it now that i am off :D ... thanks also taxi ... i think after the night i had last night ... my blood pressure went through the roof.. it was bad yesterday when i finished as i had to deal with something but last night when i went in there was yet another thing happening ... it makes me incredibly sad to think that this is the way it has became for myself ( and others) in work... my reputation is in serious jeporday of being tarnished through no fault of my own ...

i have left notes in the book saying dont contact me when i am off ( i get atleast one/two calls per day to deal with work issues ) as i am busy and have things to do... i think i will also ask for a secondment to move to another unit by the begining of september ( cant really go before as i have alot of holidays booked and cant leave a new unit without cover)

i am going to be turning my phone off for the week and only using it if i am going out by myself

last night when my Bp went through the roof i got a sharp pain in the backof my head ( i have had this pain on and off for years but never connected it to Bp) i also got the pain back in my eye ... i am not willing to sacrfice my health anymore for anything ... i phoned home to speak to mr El about what had been happening and how it will reflect on myself ... he tried to calm me down and for the most part i did calm down eventually but i am so livid with what is going on ... unfortunatley i cant discuss it with anyone ( not even mr El ... i just spoke to him about the bits that i could speak about ... more about the consequences of what may happen rather than what has happened) so in a way i feel as if i cant get any constructive feedback or advise on how to move forward ... i am not a game player in the sense that i shoot straight , i say things as i see them and dont get involved with tittle tattle or manipulative game playing so this is all over my head and i dont really know how to deal with it

it is time to move on to a new place more than ever ... although i have been saying that since July and still cant find anything suitable :(

    in finacial news

hubby's wages came in so i have paid the bills for the month ... his overtime came in so i paid for some of the extra spends on the credit card that was made ... i just need to transfer things over to mr Barclaycard now and that shoud see us on an even keel again

it's our son's birthday next month and we are thinking of getting him a skydiving lesson which is something i know he would enjoy and remember for a long long time .. thing is it cost £340 including video ... will see if i can find it any cheaper otherwise we may need to use the visa ( which i dont want to do)

i'm going to my bed and going to destress from my work and make plans for the next week ( i am off for 7 days)

I hope you can enjoy your time off.
I think you need to go to your GP and get signed off rather than going back.
Your health long term is far more important than work.

Beanie tbh after last night it may come to that .... Will see how i feel in 7 days time ... Only working two shifts then off for another 7 days ... So will take it a bit at a time

Just phoned a work colleague i know in RL ... There and said dont talk to me re work for a week i dont want to hear ... She knows what happened lyesterday and wants to take it much further .... Which she is right to do ... She wants mine and another workers backing as she wants to go right to the top ( and even through legal routes this time ) normally i say yep this needs dealt with but tbh i am not fit for the stress ... She has had enough though and plans on going all the way and is going to bring us ( co-worker and myself) into the situation

I totally understand why i really do ... And she is totally right to do so ... But i honestly dont feel up to fighting a battle just now ...but i certainly cant tell her not to do it ...

So phone is going off once i post this and i am deff going to destress , maybe spend time in the garden later ... That always seems to work :)

She, and everyone else, needs to leave you alone for a week. I tend to agree with Beanie, maybe you need to be signed off for a bit. Maybe the top need to be forced through your colleagues complaint and your Blood Pressure to take some notice.

I KNOW you care about the job
I KNOW you are committed to what you do.

BUT your health comes first....and second.....and third.

Now get that phone turned off and go and tend to your veg.

Sunshine, beer and recliner always seem to work for that.

I would definitely get the Dr to sign you off sick as your health is the most important thing.Good idea to switch your phone off as they have no need to contact you when you're off
