how do you explain the occasions when there has not been a need to show a ticket if it is as essential as you say? why do they always say things like you need proof, we need to see proof etc? they dont say we need a ticket for our records.
As for the proof bit, it's just a word used as a cover all. People travel by car too and can be reimbursed petrol money, they would prob have to show their driving licence or something like that. It's just a word, as I said you are taking it too personally.0 -

that must just be your JC then because every time I've got my bus fare back from them I've had to show my ticket, they check it and write the amount on a form, pass the money through the hatch with the form, which I then sign.0
