its about what your goals are and what you need to do to achieve them. this means looking at any barriers. i am not saying it is a good course and isnt flawed. i am simply saying that due to issues you have you are someone who could get sent on it.
My goals? Get a job at NMW

How does that work then? I get work experience doing something I have never done before & then only am allowed to apply for those types of jobs? A new reference will not add to my accounts career if its not from an accounts job.

I have applied for Voluntary Work and emailed the proof to the JC and I have no reply from any even after chasing them up. Only one from the Guide Dogs for the Blind saying they only had funding for volunteers from their area.

I have 4 references, one for a CEO and 2 from company directors I also have 4 recommendations on LinkedIn.

I only do what the JC and before the WP tell me and they never suggested work experience or MWA or anything at all come to think of it as I was left to do my own thing.
Basically it's to break the cycle, or break you, doing something, anything, voluntary work, Mandatory Work Activity, Work Experience, work in ANY job, even part-time, to get recent work experience & recent reference of sorts.

It doesn't matter to them whether it is related to your accounts career, they have no real interest in that, they want you to go away & come off benefits.

For whatever reason your JC or your advisors aren't doing this.

Maybe they can see you are doing more than enough, they have customers who need more help, they don't have resources, schemes, placements or these are just not suitable or that you could cause trouble, as I think you complained about some things with your WP provider, so they are leaving you alone.

They have told me and I am doing more then the required and been told people who get called in more are the ones who need help writing a CV or cover letter and direction on where and how to look for work. They are the ones spending the time with the advisors.

The advisor told me even if I am applying for voluntary work there is nothing they can do to help me get one.

I am not a trouble maker and nor have I complained about anything that was unjust (first complaint to the WP the director BEGGED me not to take it further!) I just know what to ask and to say. To ask me on the WP if I wanted to take the Interview Technique Session (as in run the session!) says how stupid they are!

I have three targets and have had for 2 years now as you can not target one job only after a year and one salary longer than 6 mths

i know what the jobcentre require but this course i am doing is different. if would take too long to apply what we do to more than 1 job. it is about people who are getting no joy taking a different approach. its largely nonesense but like i said as you are having issues it means an adviser would be wrong to say you dont need it and someone else does simply because they arent doing as much as you. what they say they think of you may actually be the case but if they didnt like you that wouldnt make a difference. you are lucky your adviser is reasonable.

I don't think anyone likes me at all and that's not the reason

So what on the course are they telling you to do?
