also do you know why all the job points have shut in jobcentres its now computers!

Because the computers are for Universal Jobmatch which replaces the old job points (if you're silly enough to let them force you to use it!).

Giving the Jobcentre access to your account gives them access to everything you have access to - they see everything!
they see my Facebook account too? LOL I doubt that

i ask because yesterday i was told by an advisor that when the uc came in they were going to be able to access your account. If not try why are advisors giving out this information?
I would suggest your advisor/Jobcentre are trying it on, want people to give access by hook or by crook.

Universal Credit may take years to come in, if it ever does and advisors are using scare stories based on it to make people comply.

The DWP & Jobcentres have a problem with Universal Credit & how they manage it. Those problems are coming out now.

Old technology & not that compatible with new system, so jobs were not shown in correct categories, as nobody in Jobcentre is really checking jobs submitted anymore.

Probably have to book an apt to use one as you could never get on the points but then why would you need to when you have a laptop at home I don't know.

shall i tell my advisor she is wrong or just let her think that.
    :footie:
  • This new FOI response explains why the advisers think that everyone will be mandated to UJM come October:

All new claimants will have to sign the Claimant Commitment and register with UJM or it will be referred to a DM. Current claimants will presumably be gradually moved over to a CC with the same conditions.
