I have just been re-assessed for JSA by JC and been awarded JSA but why do I have to give all my bank statements to WP?
No you are not awarded JSA for this - this is a better off in work calculation not JSA.

you dont have to give them the documents. you just give them the info. although i dont think i gave savings info when i had one done. it was just what the total rent is and what the total ct is. just say you dont have anything in the bank.
they are done in a biased way as possible to ensure a low a wage as possible is seen as enough. it is just a tool for them to use whenever a person says they cant go for a certain job because it doesnt pay enough. they can turn around and say but your better off calculation says otherwise.

indeed, but many take the view that you should benefit financially by more than £1 for working. the wp provider of course wouldnt accept that. most people i come across dont have an issue with working for minimum wage but they do have an issue with part time.

Sanction what sanction ? - nudge nudge - less than 3 weeks ago - don't forget the ' Provider Direct [secret] Access Code'
so this is to stop then filling in a WP08 form with nothing to back it up with of for the WP to check on you?

The WP can fill one in for anyone so make sure you keep ALL letters and emails and notes of phone call

They reported me 3 times and all 3 times found in MY favour !!!

LIARS the lot of them and the DWP do nothing about it.

On one occasion my appointment was actually for the day after the date they thought I had been booked in for and said nothing to me like 'where were you yesterday' and just did my review. A few weeks later I got the DWP letter. After waiting 30 days from lodging an official complaint all I got from the WP was 'oh its a mistake'!!

    - I agree, but they are merely the axeman, they swing the helve and take the pieces of silver
    - the DWP like ATOS, like the work programme, like the job centres are all axemen
    - in the pay of all governments, doing their bidding, meeting their targets and taking the rewards
