  • yeah maybe i should but the only reason i dont want to ask is just cuz shell think it bothers me, and that is the one and only thing i never want to show them.

i dunno im confused about it all really, im never rude, i allways do more than the minimum so theres not really any reason, im allways friendly to them thought that is being tested big time
  • If appearance mattered then why is it so many employers are Ok with getting in people from the WP etc without talking to them?

Getting people in? In where? For interview? Getting people in without 'talking' to them has nothing to do with appearance does it?

I have never worked for anyone where you didn't have to wear a suit so I know appearance does matter for professional companies with professional jobs and none of those are actually using the WP.

re having to give the jobcentre your log in details so they can check your jobsearch and message you. I asked my advisor again yesterday and she said all jobseeking will go online and when uc comes in the jobcentre will need to see your profile so they can send you messages etc and any suitable jobs.

She knows it bothers you, as it would any normal person.

What area of the country do you live in? Is it an area with high unemployment?

It sounds like they have an overflow of resources if they are getting you to sign every day.

The job centre staff will be under pressure from above, to gain access to people's UJM accounts. I can imagine some will have been told to do whatever it takes. Hence the inconsistencies.
