Why have you been 'left' if you have not finished?
You have not then finished?
I doubt they want to be nasty as you ALWAYS seem to think the worse. It because it will take another long interview using time and people that the do not have. I mean wasn't it you who said they just got handed theirs?
Besides I will make sure I get a copy of my exit report and if there is one thing on it that is a lie my MP will get a copy along with the minsters who stuck this sham together and then I Will get in touch with CH4 news team who love looking at this board too!!!!
Also a full complaint to the WP provider.
ok, replace nasty with negative. they may want to say things about you that arent positive that may have at least some validity. some people might kick off if they see it. they also may recommend things for you to do next that you dont like.
yes i was given a copy of mine. there is a section on it with questions for you to answer. so i dont know how some are managing to do them without the client. the version i have is not done in london or cornwall. so the review must be different in some way in those areas.0 -

Why did you have an exit interview on a date two weeks before your end date?
Surely but what you have gone on and on about here that meant you were not in fact finished at all
Yes you were given a copy but didn't you say they had done it before you got there and did not do it WITH you?
How then are you meant to fill it in? After the fact?
Remember there are a number of providers and only ONE DWP/JC
Oh yeah there is nothing negative they could say about me only lie to say they have done this and that when in fact I can tell you they did NOTHING at all for me EVER
I wrote my own CV no amendments
My own cover letter, no amendments
and was even asked if I wanted to take the session for 'interview technique'!!!
They have put me forward for no jobs
Not shares any job adverts with me that I may not have seen
Would/could not fund accountancy studies
Absolute zero is what they did for me and the JC seem to think they can 'support' me into work and I will want them to tell me how! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

technically i wasnt finished because the finish date is 2 weeks later from the exit review. i can feel confident i wont get called in again. if they did call me in i would have to go.0 -

The JC even wanted to know on several occasions what I was a doing an Unsupported job search there for!!
I am guessing they will suggest 'leave to do her won thing' as there is nothing else to suggest. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
mr_johnson wrote: »Hi guys
Quick questions. I have an appointment with my WP adviser coming up very soon as I have just signed back on after finishing a 3 month temporary position. Since I started the job I have had a few calls/emails/letters asking for the details of the employer. I realise they need this information so they can claim their commission from the government however I found this job myself and throughout my time with them they have done absolutely nothing for me. Recently the calls have increased in frequency, with calls being made from the advisers mobile phone (i.e. a number I did not recognise and picked up) and yesterday I received a letter from the provider stating my time on the work program was coming to an end.
Am I within my rights to withhold this information from them? They do sound pretty desperate for this information, in a couple of emails they sent me they said I would be entitled to £50 worth of ASDA vouchers once they have the details which is very nice of them but unfortunately I would rather not take the vouchers in exchange for the information because they did sweet FA for me.
My only concern is that withholding this information may lead them to forwarding negative feedback with JCP. I'm not sure what they could really say as during the 2 year period I have worked for around 9 months in temporary positions I found myself.

If they had no part in getting you the job then they have no right to a payment as a result of it, simple as that. The harassment of being constantly contacted by them should be stopped by informing the person that the next time they call they will be reported to the police. If they call again actually report them to the police. Try to keep a log of times and dates when they make the calls and the phone number called from if possible.
Don't let them brow beat you into giving them any information that they're not entitled to. And the exit report that goes to the Jobcentre is, for the most part, a template job and they can't put anything on there in relation to not giving them employer information. But, be aware that if you give the Jobcentre that information they may be able to get it from them so you have to inform the Jobcentre as well not to reveal your personal information.0 -
I wasn't contacted from the WP when I left all I told them was that if you want any info contact the jobcentre as I had already signed off by then and wasn't obliged to give them any info. That being said I had £30 asda vouchers off them and used them for clothing.
I have been contacted by the WP since signing again threatening sanction if I didn't show up for appointments and it was up to me to tell them that I no longer needed to attend as I only sign for NI credits(even though these can be sanctioned) something I will not lose much sleep over anyway. I too think I would be due to be leaving anyway.
I remember my last appointment with them I said if it wasn't for the chats I had with my adviser I gained nothing from the WP, I had about 8 hours work in total through the WP. When will the politicians learn that the WP is a big failure, when I asked for training no was forthcoming as there was no funding, so totally pointless.0
