apologies, but i thought you may have been aware of how this system works. Its very unlikely to help anyone realisticly get a fulltime job.If you do, and this is found by your own effort the provider can still claim their fat fee from the goverment.

sorry for my sarcasm, but i am sick to death of the politicians taking the p out of everyone spouting what a great deal this all is.

It dosent matter what political opinion you are of,but its plain to see why this wont produce the results it was intended for.By shoving people in a room doing mindless job searches of which i am sure the average person can do quite well at their home, and asking them to redo their cv 100 times is not going to make a scrap of difference as to job market conditions, which are the worst ive seen in 35years.

they wont be able to claim anything as I will withdraw my consent to share info on me as soon as I get a job and since I have only seen them twice since my assesment I would put it in writing to the DWP, The Gov and the provider to ask them in what basis do they think they deserve a pay out!

I have done no job searches in the WP offices - I do find that VERY odd people on here are doing that.

They will still get their outcome payment as long as it passes the off benefit check

And how will they know you have taken up a job? You can sign off by phone these days so I hear so have to put nothing in writing and even if you fill in the booklet to sign off they have to prove you are in work and that will take time. Time of which no one has as the WP providers have no staff to do such things.

If you don't tell them they will never know although they will receive a change of circs form from the JCP advising the claim has been closed due to you finding work if this is the reason you give when closing your claim.

The JCP will require detais of the employer if you want to claim the £100 back to work grant, the JCP sometimes but not always quote the employer details on the change of circs form.

As the providers main income stream is job outcomes and sustained payments they will find the resource to submit details to the DWP.
DWP undertake the vailidation of the claims.

but if and when I get a job I am not going to claim the £100 as it will be of no use since I wouldn't even be able to get to work for a month on that so I will not be telling the JCP where or if I am working as I wouldn't need to.

Oh it's a shame that they at the moment cant find the resources to take appointments longer than 15 mins, not be free to take calls etc. I wonder where they will find the time to do dective work lol

It is a shame, some providers do not seem to grasp the concept "the more you put in the more you get out"

I bet you are with one of the "commercial providers" delivering the provision, I feel for you.....

I wish you well and the best of luck
