The Work Programme New Thread

I was placed on the Work Programme in June last year, as I was receiving ESA and placed in the WRAG with a return to work expected in 3 months. I (stupidly, in hindsight!) signed the data consent form, provider action plan, and provided a copy of my CV as requested.
A re-assessment for ESA took place in November and kept me in the WRAG with a return to work expected in 6 months.
I wondered if I needed to keep agreeing appointments with the Work Programme provider (currently every 2 weeks) and if it is possible to now withdraw all my signed consent forms as I am concerned at the fact that the provider holds increasingly sensitive data regarding my health. They have just referred me to a company specialising in occupational health for additional intrusive "assistance".
Many thanks for information.0 -

You can withdraw consent at anytime, its your right.Make sure you follow the exact procedure doing this and get those free loaders to confirm it.0 -
What is the procedure to withdraw all consent? Send a letter like the one available at consent.me?0

And it's probably not good to annoy me either and there is no law to say you have to tell anyone and since you are signing off they have no hold on you at all.
I can safely say if it was at my old company they would not take kindly to anyone from the JC or WP calling them.
I think they find out where you are employed from your national insurance and income tax etc. I mean your private info rather than any info you give them your self. Similar to the way the student loans company track you down. Not sure though.0 -

the return to work within 6 months is just a guideline, my claim for ESA will be re-assessed then.0

The government? I am sure I have either been told or read that is how they track what job you are in.. but i have no evidence of this. Maybe my jobcentre woman told me or maybe I have imagined it0 -

Neither will mine get a bonus if Im off to college in a few months either. Now that I think about it, maybe my previous advisor thought about this one and got rid of me, as I wasn't going to be financial viable to him!0
