no report the company they want you to work at and then him for not knowing the law
the company can only be reported if they take them despite not having had a crb check done. if they did take them then they could also report the adviser as well. if the company doesnt take them and the adviser keeps pushing things then that is the time to make a complaint about them.

er yeah but surely the company ARE going to take them as it seems to be a placement so they are looking for people to do this for FREE

the company is unlikely to be currently aware that the adviser is putting forward someone who hasnt got a crb check done.

Hi its at the job centre about the work programme, so should be ok ...mind you i still want to get the credits if there is a easy option that means doing searches and just visiting the work programme every two weeks in a simular manor to the job centre method of signing on.as no point loosing out on credits when im doing daily searches anyway.
as soon as you have that interview at the job centre you have been SENT to the work programme

by the way has anyone heard of something called a safeguard officer? apparently they are supposed to be independant of the provider and are able to help you with any issues you have. of course it could be specific to my provider but the first i heard of it was yesterday during the daft course i am doing. i asked why is this the first we are hearing of this. he didnt really have an answer but did seem genuinely unimpressed we hadnt been told about it.
