it is supposed to take 3 weeks but it probably wont. it is supposed to be 2 days per week for the first 2 and then just the test in the third. it just enables you to be allowed to work on construction sites. its all health and safety bo**ocks related to working on a site. i passed mine yesterday.

The card allows you to work on building sites, but if you have no experience I doubt the card would be of much use to you.
i have no site experience and have epilepsy but i was still made to do it.
this is what is being done with your taxes people. in a time of austerity there seems to be no shortage of cash for this kind of bo**ocks.

Ultimately the provider benefits, which is why they're so eager to get people to do it. They're just playing the game to screw as much money out of the Government as possible.

The same happens with loft insulation grants etc.
Wanted a job, now have one.

I am sure the course are funded for free or by the provider and they do so thinking they can get you a job and then get their money quicker.

you may not want to work on a building site but you are expected to be flexible. whether you could get a job on a site is another matter. if you have no experience then probably not.

how many hours you end up doing will depend on the person running the course. it will probably be a maximum of 6 hours per day.
