    well all correspondence will only go to the named person and address. also all payments will only be made to that person as well. anyone can get a copy of a birth certificate so that doesnt really prove who i am either.
    So how do you prove you have the right to work in the UK?

    It's law now that you have to prove you can work in the uk.

    wel i dont know whats happening. i guess they bend the rules or accept the other things they see with name address etc as being enough.

    When did you start your last job? You have had to prove your right to work here for years now either by birth certificate or passport or the employer is braking the law and can be fined.

    And how do you prove that? Everyone who has employed you has broken the law.

    Oh yes and PS
    A copy of a birth certificate is just that, a COPY - and can not be used
