    Is your provider JHP Training aswell? Maybe all providers work differently?

    no its not but I am the only one here who has said that their doesn't

    Makes sense. :)

    If they do put you on a placement, do you get payed a wage for the amount of work you do? If not it just seems like slave labour otherwise and they know if you decline it you'll get sanctioned. Seems like they really have got you where it hurts!

    no it wont be a paying job it will be for jsa only

    I am guessing so yes as people on here are doing it
  • I've asked my provider also, they do NOT put you on placement!

    They get away with it becasue most people on the work programe sign there rights away by putting there signture on the data protection waiver form and by signing action plans.

    If you did not sign the forms they would not be able to send your cv to placemants.
