You're not going to get answers, you're going to get the politics.

It's all a chirade which DWP is part of and clueless ministers don't know what's really going on.

Government ministers ideas are based on fallacy and that if they say something will happen, it will happen & work.

Little yeah - I have been on it a year in July so not sure how you say its 'little experience'

What's your experience then? LOTS?? LOL
havent you said previously how you are rarely there and have had large gaps between appointments? you have also said they dont do anything with you. so that gives the impression they havent put you on courses either.

I want to prove a point actually unlike you who moan I do something about it! I made the effort to write 5 times now to get replies and I still want answers.

It seems to annoy you as much as you have a lot to say about it too but probably no gumption to write a letter to get answers. You are probably a 'yes person' but likes to have a moan too!!!
while i applaud you for hassling them, i just realise it would be a waste of effort trying to make them improve things.

Yeah so what did you say to them then? Nothing I guess.
i bit my tongue. i would have liked to have said, if i could solve the problem by myself i wouldnt be sat here in front of you, would i.
  • It doesnt matter what your previous job was whether it was unskilled manual or professional if your unemployed your unemployed. Nobody is any better or worse than anybody elce and unemployment is as much a tragedy for a youung person in a tracksuit as a buisnessman in his 40s. Its difficult , challenging and upsetting for everyone.

the JC told me they have heard the WP wont last long - last time I signed on I was asked how it was going so I told the bloke who told me all they have heard about the provider is that it was a waste of time and then he said we have a feeling it's going to be pulled soon.
the provider may lose their contract and be replaced by another. however if the work programme was ended they would just replace it with something similar under a different name.

There is no chance of WP being scrapped anytime soon.

Grayling is on record saying trumpeted flagship Work Programme is on-track.

It would be a massive failure & humiliation to admit it isn't working & scrap it.

The government will do whatever it takes to make it look like its working and put pressure on providers to get "results" by hook or by crook.

The work programme is flawed on many levels, i have a month between appointments and in all honesty it's a hell of a lot like FND, I find this frustrating as I want training for a FLT course, but they will only fund the training if I get a job which requires a FLT licence, but i'm not going to get a job if i haven't got a FLT licence. I cannot self fund so i am stuck in this rut, there are plenty of none FLT jobs out there so i have been applying for these, but having a FLT licence attracts a higher rate of pay.

I can only tell you what they have told me. You have no idea what level of chav goes to my provider. People who can't turn up on time, people in TRACKSUITS(!!), people who have to go on an IT course!!! LOL Like what moron can't use a PC!? My niece aged 8 can!!

If I was 'like them' then why am I not sitting in the training room they have having 'training' or doing a course? hmmmmm

    I DONT NEED ONE!!!

    bye
i never said they dont get people like that. they told you that you are the only person they have had that isnt a chav and you fell for it.
