Good morning everyone,
I'm pleased with myself today, have been doing WWs Online for a week and have lost 5 lbs :j :j I know you always lose more the first week, but it sure is a good motivator. I don't feel like I'm on a diet as such, it's more a question of recording what I eat and balancing high point things with low point things.
Not much on today - Tesco for storecupboard stuff and householdy things, then a farmshop for more interesting purchases. Must book a bowling session for Saturday as DS2's birthday treat (he's 10 on Wed).
Breakfast for kids - pancakes and jam, orange juice
Breakfast for me- not sure yet
Lunch for kids + OH - ham sandwiches, breadcrumb cookies, roasted sunflower seeds, apples
Lunch for me - leek and potato soup, bread, fruit
Supper- bean stew thing with tortillas and coleslaw0 -

Happy birthday Churchmouse :bdaycake: Hope you have a great day
We found out on Friday that my mother (78) has been having blackouts over the last few years at rough intervals of 9 months. The latest incident was last Sunday in her flat. She fell over and hit her head against an Economy 7 heater.
She went to the GP on Fri and he tested a few things and said it could be Sudden Drop Syndrome. She hadnt told us before because she didnt want us worrying but we have made her promise to tell us of any future occurences.
The GP will refer her to a specialist. The sooner the better.0 -
