Good Morning!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Churchmouse have a lovely day :bdaycake:
I'm up early this morning, got DH and DS1 off for work just DS2 to get going now.
Today I'm cracking on with painting the hall and stairs - hope to finish it today as I'm back to work tomorrow for 2 days with a sleep-in. That will leave the paintwork to do - lots of it too as we have picture rails on all the walls and they're a devil to paint!
Also plan to batch make some cottage pies for the freezer as well as popping to town for some throat sweets for DS1 who has a sore throat.
My car is having its MOT this afternoon, DH is taking it at 4.30 fingers crossed its not going to cost the earth!
Have a great day and I'll be popping back during my regular tea breaks:DDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Hello evey-one. monday again already! Where did the week-end go? I didnt do too much due to no car and an unwell child.DD has has some sort of viral bug which is slowly going but taking its time. sore throat, headache and tummy ache.
The house isnt too messy as we have a viewer. I really need to keep it up to this standard if possible as it definitely makes me feeel less stressed knowing its "under control". I have to get to the bank to get £ 420 our for this b****y part that i need for my car, That will leave me with zilch, but i desperately need to get back on the road again.
I better get the kids breakfast sorted now.
Have a good day today churchmouse. Penny pincher, all the best with your docs visit.Have a good monday every-one and hugs to you all. Love Elaine“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. Your really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” Lucille Ball.0 -

Other than that, I am planning to try and find a life coach to get me motivated, visit the gym more often, sort out my to do list and generally try and get my get up and go back.

Happy Birthday! to Churchmouse
Just quickly popping in to see how everyone is doing. Had a very busy OS day yesterday and am planning another today. We picked some rosehips last autumn and put them into the freezer. Made my first batch of rosehip syrup ever yesterday and need to make the second batch today.
I'm planning to get some veggies into the dehydrator, do some ironing, make some biscuits and do the monthly shop all before OH gets home (it's my day off!) Oh and I might just do a bit of surfing too :-)Enjoying an MSE OS life

I'd like to live my life according to your sig. Unfortunately it means I'm going to have to get rid of the OH:D
Funnily enough, someone else PMed me to that effect
I replied that they should replace him with Colin Firth who we on this thread believe to be beautiful, and Shez certainly has several uses for
Been upstairs and realise I have stripping to do today...............wallpaper before I get comments about HH
It said on the radio this morning that the first Monday in Feb has the highest level of absenteeism. Tried to persuade Mr Penguin of what a good idea that was, but he wasn't having it

Happy Birthday Churchmouse and hugs to Snowy Owl and Stef and anyone else wanting one.
Smokeybabe just get your OH/DH to check up, he may be better financially staying with on sick for a good while before deciding to finish. Glad to hear about the tablets/ciggies though.
Work as usually today, probably need to nip to Lidl in Lunch time to get some fresh veg after weekend away for OS meal tonight. Place clean and tidy as we were not in it!
Have a good day all.
