Morning everyone.
Not been on alot this weekend, spent loads of time with kids and dh and decided to not go on pc.
Good footy results for the boys this weekend, sat ds3 won 2-0 and scored one and yesterday ds1 drew 2-2 and scored one and won man of match.:D
Have spent some time in the garden planing what needs doing before the summer and having a general tidy up, have resorted budget as it all has gone wrong this week!! To the point of i havent got a thing in to eat, and have to call at shop on way to school to get things for packed lunches. Yesterday we had proper strange meals knocked together from the last bits we had in LOL.
Today i am having my hair cut ( have a mobile hairdresser only charges me £8 for cut and blow) then Father in law coming for his weekly do my head in visit.
Then footy training tonight, and dh at footy club monthly meeting after that.
And inbetween all that HAVE TO SHOP as have no wash powder, food anything lol, im so unorganised this week, have to pull my socks up this week and get back on track. But the one thing thats keeping me going is all the bills are paid:T .
Happy birthday churchmouse and have a great day everyone else

Morning everyone
Happy birthday Churchmouse and ((((hugs)))) to Snowy Owl and Stef - you both sound as though you need one.
While I'm at work today, I will see if I can track down my mortgage account details from three lenders ago. I think I may be owed some money from them going by Martins exit fees e-mail. Worth a shot, isn't it?
PTA meeting after school today to finalise everything for the Bingo night on Thursday. I really don't like bingo so I will be working on the tea stall or selling tickets or something that means I don't have to play it.
Sausage casserole will be put in the SC shortly so that at least dinner will be ready by the time we get home.
Right off to do the Pigsback comps and then my click-throughs. Have a marvellous Monday. xx"Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."

Happy Birthday Dear Churchmouse
Wishing you a lovely day filled with wonderfull things xxxx
Morning all - it's been a while since I've been on the daily I know. I have to keep my internet addiction under control though IYKWIM
I hope everyone is well and am sending lots of hugs to anyone in need ((((HUGS)))).
N9eave - your weekend sounds wonderfull. Mam lives in Cornwall so we love the area - funny enough last night I was remembering how last year we sat and watched the surfers down at Newquay. Lovely.
Stef - I nearly choked when I read about your ex bathing in your tub. Cheeky beggar.
Wow, what a wonderfull weekend! Itching to find new bootsales and get going on the garden. Raked the ground where the trampoline is and was suprised to find how compacted the area is allready. Most of the bark we layed last year has allready mulched into the ground, and yet it is very compact again. I thought we'd have about 3 years out of the bark before I dug it in!
Gave the rest of the garden a tidy and attempted to rescue the herbs in my small border - it is the dogs favourite digging place. I've covered it with empty hanging baskets in the meantime - I had made a net of cotton previously. It did detere him for a wee while, but obviously not enough. I also tackled the shed (aka dumping ground) and discovered that something had made a tiny hole in the floorboords and used my parasol as a nest. It now has a lovely chewed hole:rolleyes: . Will I buy a new one? Will I heck. Don't you know it's fahionable to have a contrasing patch? If I'm lucky it'll have patches all over.....
Right, I'd best crack on - kids are whining about needing socks. College today - hopefully I'll not need to storm out today!
Best wishes to all - and BON VOYAGE to Aussie Lass & hubby

Oh, I wanted to add (((HUGS))) to Peem as well - is there any chance you could have a nice relaxing weekend away somewhere by yourself? We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0

Morning all! Looks cold out here, but DH hasn't needed to defrost his car.
I have another batch of marmalade to make today. I found some blended whisky at the back of the pantry, so will make dark whisky marmalade. DH and I decided on what we want to grow in the veg patch this year, so I need to order seeds, too.
Following the *eating out - why bother* thread, Master Penguin asked if we could go to his favourite restaurant for his birthday. They have *family time* if you arrive before 7pm, so we have a table for 6:45, with 1/3 off the bill. Miss Penguin would like to see Mary Poppins for her birthday, so I'm trying to arrange dates to take Granny, too.
Got a bit of a bargain yesterday. DH and I went for a walk around the fields and came back via the village centre. A business has closed and is selling off stock and fittings. I've got 2 huge rolls of cellophane to wrap presents a la Anthea, for a snip!. Now need to find a ceap source of tissue paper.
DLB, I have the mobile hairdresser coming to me today, too! She charges £24 for all 4 of us, which is great bargain. DD is beginning to get itchy feet, and having hers done at a salon from tiem to time, too.
Happy birthday Churchmouse! Enjoy your time away.
Have a Marvellous Monday, everyone!

Morning all

Only a quickie for me today as I feel awful. I think I'm coming down with a cold and I'm sat at my desk in work coughing and sneezing everywhere! Nice!!
Apart from that don't know what the rest of the day has in store as all I want to do at the moment is go home and sleep.
Will pop back later to catch up with everyone, but in the meantime:
:bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake: Churchmouse :bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake:
As always though take or leave the :grouphug: as needed. You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -
