Me too Soo, thank you so much for that email address. It has now been scanned and ready to go on it's way.....
Day 13 today for mine, I am not sure on my customer (sounds neither here or there on the email, irritated she could not get through) so I will email her later on today.0 -

Why would you use a service that, by your own admittance, was unreliable and with poor service? City Link charge around £7 for a 2 day service with parcel2go but their sites were not working. For me it was not about the money, more the reliability. Had I known it was going to take this long I'd have not bothered. It embarrassing to have to tell your customer you used some 2nd rate service. I am glad I have not used it for anything I end for my business.0 -
You think collect+ are bad!!!
Wait until you hit a problem with parcel2go, you'll know the meaning of brick wall by the time you've finished with them!!!blue_monkey wrote: »the number for HDNL in Nottingham

Those cretins at CollectPlus now have this on their website:
Due to exceptional demand, parcels sent after Thur. 15th December are unlikely to arrive before Christmas
http://www.collectplus.co.uk/news/?page_id=183
That apparently did not appear until AFTER that date!! Unbelievable!
There is an obvious typo there, as it should read:
Due to exceptional incompetence, parcels sent after Thur. 15th December are unlikely to arrive before Christmas
I've got a new slogan for their website:
CollectPlus: The THIRD RATE service brought to you by the clowns YODEL and PAYPOINT!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

I used Collect+ once and never again, my parcel was sitting in the shop for 5 days before it was collected, not impressed0

They have a fundamental problem with their service: They can't provide it.
They are clearly ABUSING their personal customers in favour of big business, with whom they obviously have service level guarantees.
I ordered something from John Lewis today. Free delivery option. Will arrive with the recipient on Wednesday via YODEL.
I ordered something from Amazon on Saturday. Free Delivery option. It arrived with me TODAY via YODEL.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
blue_monkey, is your parcel showing as being out for delivery today? Not as such, he told me the manager had scanned it and would have it to the driver today - and it has been scanned but it is not showing it is on the van.
I emailed the seller yesterday and she is understanding, thankfully, I just feel embarrassed to have used such a sub-standard service.
I'll update later soo, going out first shortly. Just waiting for clothes to dry, LOL.
Just to add though, on the label it says '24 Hour'. Does anyone know exactly what this means? I thought that meant it would be delivered next day? Maybe it said 24 days and I missed that bit.....0 -
I think that is it withabix - that these customers come first and everything else gets stuck at the bottom of a pile with other stuff being piled on top.
I also had a moan to the guy about the call centre staff being unhelpful, I did err on sending the email but if no-one ever says anything, how are they supposed to know.0
