Completed hhc apart from the boxes away, nowhere to put them tonight as they needs to go in the dark shed. I found the door runner and put that back down. Set a washer load away and a drier one, half filled DW too.

AJ we'll being doing the obliged visit to DPs fathers (where we get scowled at by his grandma for not having bought the perfect gift or appearing interested enough in her ailments) my Dad popped in with gifts but I'm going to him for dinner boxing day, my Mam popped in for 10 minutes last week but his mother can go sod off as far as I'm concerned. All know I call her the WIL, she's been in the UK since May and hasn't seen the children, am I heck making any effort. I've wanted to go away at Christmas for year, just my partner works up to Xmas eve and more if it falls Thursday to Saturday.

Right, gosh I'm shattered, ok what's next ..... laundry folding as I can do that sat down I thinks
One day I might be more organised...........

Managed to sort the dining room then clean it today. Went to town then wasn't feeling tooo good - resulted in 3 hours resting with feet up until pain went.
    Glad you liked the quiz:D

now though this means I stil have gifts to wrap (ran out of paper) cards to deliver and stuff to do.:o

Oh - had to open a gift - cat (old cat) has been chewing the ribbon on it and threw up - Pollyanna mode she threw up into a glass dish so easily cleaned! but gift was wet (cat drool) and as it felt like a book (and therefore at risk) - thought I'd better check ;):p

Have to send text with starter order for xmas lunch (choice of 4) - prawn cocktail:D for me and the boy. Lil Miss Valli's having melon. We're foregoing carrot and corainder soup and Pate.

    Evening all (Or morning, depending...)

It's been a bit of a weird day, really. I can't seem to get up at the moment, so laid in again and was just in time to put DW on and have breakfast before I was due at the dentist. Shopping then, which took hours. Home for a (very) late lunch and then DS2's swimming lesson. Made tea for DH, then took him to club and collected turkey before calling at local Mr T's for milk. Home for my tea. Then DS2 and I finished the tree, I put the cards up and collapsed in a heap. I'll see what I can cross off my list now.

Plan for the next three days:
    [STRIKE]make final shopping list[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]finish tidying and cleaning LR in a fashion[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]decorate LR[/STRIKE]
    write and take last cards
    bake 2 cakes
    bake twinks
    bake florentines
[STRIKE]buy last presents (quite a few left to do)[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]buy last stocking fillers[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]last supermarket shop[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]last other foodshop (market, butcher, bread, Jack Fulton's)[/STRIKE] DH is going to get some fresh breadcakes in the morning
    [STRIKE]buy newspaper and do lottery
    [/STRIKE]wrap
clean bathroom (window sill, loo, sink, bath, floor)
    change bedding
    set DS1's rew radiator up
tidy and clean DR (at least table and area around it)
if time, do more in kitchen and DS2's room

Nowhere near, then. I'm waiting for DH to come home, so I'll tidy the kitchen and maybe sort some of the presents in our room. Not sure how much good it will do, as I've just had some mulled wine. :(

    Morning All

Still quite a lot to do today but DH is here to hopefully! help me. He is usually pretty good if it needs doing now. WM is already on and I've thrown my flowers away that I had for my birthday. I haven't put the shopping away from last night yet and I need to see if there's anything I need to get out of the freezer too. After that I'll probably do the dishes and see if the WM's finished - I had no washing yesterday until DH came home and dumped all his on the kitchen floor so I've now got a week's worth of his washing to do plus his sleeping bag.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs
