            Meat is here
 Veg is here
 Wine is here :D :D
 Wrapped 4 presents
 Wrote 3 cards
Decluttered a lovely light lunch with friends :A
Gifted a cauliflower and a HUGE parsnip to friend (it's so big and solid it will have a dual use as a club to keep her husband 'motivated' on Xmas eve)
Worried about neighbour/former colleague who's house was empty with doors wide open when friend dropped round her card  All ended well though as she'd popped next door for longer than expected, the main door was not shut properly and the wind had blown the rest open.
One batch of soup made, one on the go and one spicy version to be done.
Need to redo my nails as the sparkly stuff I put on last night has disappeared
Jojo I like your style, 'baileys' at Xmas eve eve lunchtime. Sounds like a good tradition Hope minion is much better now. Hope minion is much better now.
 We're nearly there!

Here's a helpful hint for you.
If you go outside to pick up the wheelie bin the wind has just blown over, when you come back into the kitchen and smell something odd, having identified that it's not your cooking, it may well be the wooden spoon slowly smouldering away, as you have left it too close to the gas hob :eek:*If you have nothing nice to say... say nothing*"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Martin Luther King Jr0

Minion has gone [sniff] to KH. She will be back for Christmas dinner.
I have cleaned both bathrooms again, done another WM load and eaten a pathetic 'ding dinner' (microwave meal).
I have to get some clean clothes off my bed, make it, then I'm off for a shower and then I'm out at a gig after 8.
Strange this, not having anyone else around at this time of the year.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll 0 0
