    Morning all.

Weigh-in today and have lost 0.7/8lb(why not a whole lb?;)) This takes my loss for January to just under 8lbs.:jStill at my dvds!! Have reached target of hitting 10 stone for Feb just! Am now 10.13 1/8.

Good luck with everyone's weigh ins!
  • I've stayed the same this week. I am pleased and i realise I cant be a 'loser' every week. What I really need to do is get out and do more exercise.
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

weekend was a complete disaster food wise! i just have a mare when my boyfriend is home from london...when he is home we have fun which means takeaways and eating out!!!

friday night i had fish and chips. saturday was pub grub for lunch then Chinese takeaway...Sunday afternoon was a Sunday roast!!!!

ahhhhhhhhh...thankfully he is home soon for good and there will be less weekends like this one.

i'm gonna try to get back to my healthy eating ways this week and weigh myself on my usual Thursday morning...hopefully the weight that has come off so far has stayed off!

i'm gonna try and remain positive in the knowledge that i am at least on track to meet my lb a week weight loss!

STS this week but its my own fault I am a fairly intelligent woman so why do i think that i can eat crisps and chocolate and will still lose weight. It hasnt worked in all these years so why do i think that because i lost half a stone things will have changed. Someone slap me hard please. Never mind this is another week so back on the wagon though i think i should chase after it not climb on might lose another few pounds that way. Well done to all the losers and good luck for another week xx

Hello, can I join in please?

I'm 11 and a half stone, 5ft 4 with a big bust which accounts for at least a stone IMO. I think I want to lose about 2 stone but I'll decide when I get to target. My main goal is to get my waist down. It's 38 inches at the moment.

I'm just planning on sensible eating, a bit of exercise and generally cutting out the rubbish. I would eat sweets and chocolate all day if I could. I'm going to cut down on carbs too. I'm using the myfitness app.

I haven't read through the whole thread yet so I'll come back later!
