Well done to everyone! I'm not even going to bother weighing myself this week as I've been extremely rubbish and eaten loads of, well just loads really - I can't seem to stop. Still tomorrow is another day and 1st Feb too - so fresh fresh start! I've also converted my target into lbs rather than kg as hopefully those numbers will drop quicker
I have been to zumba tonight so that's a start and I have a pilates class tomorrow which I've already paid for so I'm definately going to that!
I know I can do it I just have to get off my bottom and do something when my little one has a nap rather than get off my bottom and head to the kitchen!Weight loss goal 22lbs/ lost ? :j0 -
I need a good kicking, have not been gym since Sunday and my excuses are getting worse
It's not so much the exercise but waking up to face the cold. Once i'm up, it's fine.0 -

My savings: £4878.54/£7000
Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000

Yeah I tried to go to the gym before work but it is far too cold for that!
Walk there straight after work & that seems to be better although the gym is totally heaving at this point!
Anyway I done run 2 of week 2 Couch to 5K & I found it sooooooooo hard I am dreading the runs getting longer!

I have felt fab for the last few days, despite having stayed the same on Monday when I weighed in. Since then I have had compliment after compliment, people are starting to see the weight loss so far and it has really boosted my confidence. I thought it would be a few months before other people starting noticing so I am well chuffed. I knew my clothes were getting baggier on me, but then I think I am imagining things lol.
I am off on a lasses weekend away to Blackpool on 9th March, so hoping to have lost another few pound by then, then I won't feel as guilty when I get absolutely blathered and eat crapStarting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs
30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)0 -

I weighed myself yesterday and I am 11 stone 5, so a 2lb weightloss. I've decided to weigh myself fortnightly on every other Thursday, at work as its the only place I go to consistently. I don't have scales at home. I've also lost an inch off my waist! Woohoo!
I've been good at what I eat. Sticking to my diet, I did have a blip on Wednesday evening and had a cheeseburger and chips but I counted the calories and adjusted yesterday to compensate. Staying positive!0
