By some small miracle I've managed to lose another 2lbs this week. Goodness knows how, I've barely stayed away from the treat cupboard! Although I was rather restrained at a buffet lunch Thursday (first time for everything) and I have pointed everything this week even though I went over my allowance. Must get back onto the exercise this week, especially yoga, seems to stop the morning aches and makes me more motivated to do other things.

northwest1965, I totally agree - what a horrid bunch on Biggest Loser! Ooo she broke the pact, fire and damnation to her! The remaining of the two friends from London has a permanent cat's a**e scowl on her face and the Irish lad just whines at everything - I don't like whiners, they do my head in! Rant over!! X

    Hi girls,
Not been on for a while - think I was a bit ashamed that I wasn't trying hard enough. Anyway today I weighed in at under 10st. :jThats the first time I've gone under for months - it was always 1lb off and 1lb on - so I've got to keep up the good work.
Well done to all the brilliant losers - some of you have done amazingly :D:D:A
Going to make sure I go to gym 3 times this week and keep up with diet. Thought I might add a WW exercise DVD a couple of times to see if that helps. I've had this for 2 yrs and have only watched it to see what it was like - never actually done the exercise:o
Only 8 wks to go till hols so it would be great if I could lose 8lbs:eek:
Anyway keep up the good work girls and see you soon;)

PS: Just been to gym so Gold Star for me xxxx

I am ashamed to admit that for the last 2 weeks I have been back on the binge eating - I swear I think I need my head checked! Sooooooooooooooooo WW come to my work on a Wednesday so I am joining this week think I actually need someone to weigh me you know!

Anyway probably put that 8lbs back on easily so I'll no doubt be updating my totals AGAIN!
