Started going back to the gym yesterday :j , so hopefully those pounds will be banish very soon.
Well done to those who are are still doing really well with their weight loss targets.

  • Hello all - apologies for being much too quiet on the thread!

Although I still have lost weight so far this year, I've been really slack and not keeping track of my eating habits, so weightloss has been really slow. So now ready to jump back onto it and see if I can get to a total of 2st lost. Mini targets as follows:

1 - Lose 1lb to get to 2st total loss.
2 - Lose 3lb to no longer be overweight
3 - Lose 8lb to have lost 20% of my body weight
4 - Lose 10lb to be in the next stone down
5 - Lose 16lb to have reached goal

There - that looks achievable now I've broken it down rather than focussing on the 16lb!!!
Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP
(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)
  • Haven't been on for a while, surprised at how quiet it is! My weight loss has come to a grinding halt since my fall at netball three weeks ago. I'm on crutches and in plaster with soft tissue and ligament damage :(

Can feel the weight gaining all the time!

    Hi girls,

Haven't been on for a while because my computer was playing up, but fingers crossed its all sorted now.

I weighed in on Monday as usual but was disappointed because I stayed the same, I thought I had had a really good week too. Because of the disappointment I know I'm not trying as hard as usual, and it doesn't help that I baked on Tuesday and ate (and pointed) a very delicious chocolate muffin.

Because of my sweet tooth, I am going to attempt to make a low fat swiss roll with a lemon flavoured quark centre, I'll let you know how it tastes and how many points in the whole roll and per slice when I have made it. I am also going to attempt to make some homemade breakfast yogurt and cereal bars, because I do like them but they are soooo expensive to buy.

Anyway, even though I have been under on my points all week, I feel very fat this week, so I have sort of given up hope for Monday's weigh in.... hoping I can spur myself on for next week and pull a good loss out.

    Have a good weekend xx
    Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

    30lb lost of 30lb by June 2012 :j:j:j (80lb overall goal)

  • I haven't dared to bake since I started dieting again Kazipoo. My kids are moaning but they will have to accept it for a while. Fingers cross you stay on the straight and narrow now.

I weighed in today and I've lost 5.5 pounds! I'm so happy, not only because it was a good 2-3 pounds per week but it takes me down to just under 11 stone. 7.5 lbs in 3 weeks. yay!

Hello! Could I please join? I would like to loose a stone. Weighed myself this morning and am determined to get back on track. I quit smoking two months ago so need something to motivate me not to over eat.
