    Afternoon all.

    Weigh in was Monday, lost 1 1/4:j Quite pleased, am now 10.8 1/4, started off at 11.6 3/4:j

    Have been doing dvds now for 7 weeks most days, the 10 min solution ones, do them for at least 20 mins a day or more if I have the time. Brought some dumbbells from TKmax last week for £3.99 and doing the arms exercise, starting to see results now!:T

    Is anybody using MyFitnessPal? I used it in January and did well but I find it hard to keep the motivation. Was wondering if anybody would like to be friends on it so we can hold each other accountable? I do better when I know somebody is watching. ;)

    Hello all!

    Just wondering, has anyone on this thread lost a large amount of weight going it alone (as in not following WW,SW etc)

    Im so fed up of weighing counting pointing, been restricted on Sw to what i can eat. i feel like throwing all the books in the bin!

    Girls if you can remember to send me a private message letting me know how much weight you've lost in TOTAL so that I can update the front page.

    So i know have 71lbs off, and 16lbs left to go :D

    Been on a bit of a detox and have lost 5lbs so far! Putting me back at 10s 3, my starting weight in January. Going to have to try really hard and make sure I don't go round in circles again!

    Yes me, I lost 5 stone in 2008, took 11 months. I just cut down and cut out all the rubbish, crisps etc...... Kept it off all through 2009, then gave up smoking in 2010 and put on a stone, though was gradual. Now doing it again on my own, lost 12 lbs since beginning of Jan.

    hey girls can i join?:hello:
    i done sw last year and found it ok, i walked and went to zumba but got off track in sep and have put on 2stone :eek:_pale_ i cant afford to go back to sw or zumba so needa go it alone (hopefully wit u guys lol) im 5ft5 and 15stone :o i wana try and set a weekly target for lbs lost as the though of aiming for losing 5st makes me wana go eat a apple turn over and 3 packets of crisps. ive still got the sw books so goin to try and do it along with upping my water intake and walkin a few days a week. so i wud be really grateful for ideas and tips and (i kick in the backside when required:rotfl:)
    credit report!!! worse than school reports and they were bad....
    goal for 2012:
    pay off old outstanding debt and get a good credit rating so we can buy our first home!:D
    lose a shed load off weight coz im a mess at the mo:o
