i started out at 18 stone 1:eek: (im 5ft 6)
Last week i was 13.0, so tonite at weigh in number 34, i really hope to see 12-something on them scales!!
i know its a cliche...but if i can do it...anyone can! honestly.
i do stick to the SW plan to the letter of the law from Sunday, til Friday
on sat nite i have my chinese takeaway, i do eat fruit and yoghurts etc all day, no breads or milks, so thats 12 "spare" syns i have to go towards the curry.
on a daily basis, i do eat "free" all day, my lunch bag is FULL and i graze thru it all day, 3 muller lites, 2 cereal bars, apples, oranges, banana, grapes, SF Jelly, pineapples etc
my dinner at home is usually free as well, with the only syn being gravey, HP Sauce etc.
then i keep the bulk of my syns for night time....tea and biscuits, crisps and a curly wurly, etc.
i walk every day (every single day) not weather permitting, regardless...i walk.
i said when i started this...im not gonna mess about with it, im gonna give it my best shot, and see how it goes.
i take the book to bed with me on a regular basis, and re-read it.
i usually follow the EE plan, but i will do 2 green days, but this is more cause i am in a hurry to get back out again, for circuit training, so on this day i would have boiled egg on toast, or beans on toast.
i find with the takeaway every week, and the syns at night time, i never feel deprived, so thats what helps keep me on plan.
i dont eat anything before i check the syns in it, i make a shopping list from the SW Book, so i know the syns of things before i buy them.
as yet, (16lbs from target) i have not had to exercise any form of portion control, i still eat big dinners, and eat until i am full, but i do the 1/3 of the day superfree.
i have recently (about 6 weeks ago) started doing resistance bands exercise, i have build them up to around 300 a day, and these have really helped tone me up, and i think boost my losses again, as i had a few slow weeks when i really thought my losses would slow down,
i did a few days on the Success Express plan, and my bands, and the losses kick started again
i go to group on monday and i think this helps keep me on the straight and narrow over the weekends.

phew thanks thatl b a great help, goin to try and have free days and save a night at the weekend were i can spoil myself! tea and crisps in the evening are my downfall coz i can stop wen i start lol so will try and do some exercise in the evenings instead, already signed up for yoga tomorrow nite which is cheap and i dont have to go to far so saves on deisel also! weighed myself today- mondays goin to be my weigh in also as a friends doin it with me and im 14st10

No weight loss this week, but I sort of expected it, I sort of had a bucket of wine at the weekend
But I didn't put on, so its not all bad.Starting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

i done sw last year and found it ok, i walked and went to zumba but got off track in sep and have put on 2stone :eek:_pale_ i cant afford to go back to sw or zumba so needa go it alone (hopefully wit u guys lol) im 5ft5 and 15stonei wana try and set a weekly target for lbs lost as the though of aiming for losing 5st makes me wana go eat a apple turn over and 3 packets of crisps. ive still got the sw books so goin to try and do it along with upping my water intake and walkin a few days a week. so i wud be really grateful for ideas and tips and (i kick in the backside when required:rotfl:)

hiya i am back, i have been sticking to it honest, just been busy busy boot camping, boxercise, couch to 5 n walking !! have lost 22lb and i am buzzing, have sucumbed and joined SW last week xx0

Weigh in for me tomorrow as usual....... but..... naughty girl this weekend, half bottle white, 2nd half this eve, 4 bits of thorntons toffee, aldi equivalent twix bar.:oLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0
