another 2lbs off, so 4lbs from target! off to the gym i go, gotta keep going!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
My savings: £4878.54/£7000
Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000
Total:£7564.11/£10 000 (as at 26/10/14)0 -
So I strayed from through straight and narrow a bit. But I weighed today and I'm down to 10 stone and 10 and a half pounds. So that's 10.5 lbs since I started in January. I have lost 3 inches of my waist and 3 off my hips too!0

Was so tempted to go grab takeaway cos the OH is away working & well then who else would know it wouldnt really count eh?!?!?
Anyway managed to resist & only went over my PP's by 1 so phew
Nearly fell at the first hurdle there this is only my 2nd day back on WW

Ooh pretty similar to meI'm 10.10 and have dropped about 8lbs since January. 1in off bust, 3 off waist and 2.5 off hips. Enough that I'm fitting clothes I haven't fitted for ages. I'm now 3lb off my lowest weight pretty much in my adult life. Another stone or so to go though
Weight loss is slowing down now, only 1lb off in the last 10 days. Still going the right direction though!0 -

The main thing is its still goin in the right direction
I hate when its slow coming off I cant help but feel really negative about it but I need to change my way of thinking.
I've been followin WW PP's since Monday so WI Saturday AM kinda looking forward to it & now wish I had just started the PP's on Saturday after the meetin rather than continuin to binge eat - why oh why do I do this to myself!

hey ladies sorry havnt updated from last week , we all have the flu in our house, not pretty i can tell ya! havent been weighed or eating much :silenced: and still feelin ruff! will get back on track once we r all better xxxcredit report!!! worse than school reports and they were bad....
goal for 2012:
pay off old outstanding debt and get a good credit rating so we can buy our first home!:D
lose a shed load off weight coz im a mess at the mo:o0 -

Forgot to post an update this week, its been a bit manic.
Blackpool was last weekend, so needless to say I managed to put 4lbs back on, not happy, although I was whilst I was consuming the alcohol
Been busy with the hairshow this week (thank god its finally over) and been trying extra especially hard to try to lose the gain from Blackpool.
I shall pop in on Monday after weigh in x

I weighed myself on the 6th March and was 10st 6 :eek:
I need to drop 20lbs to get back to 9 stone and then see if I can maintain that weight. I'm not following any particular diet, just cutting out snacks and reducing carbs.
So, I've lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks:j
I know it's bad, but does anyone else weigh themselves every day??0
