    Kazipoo - I'm hoping to go to Blackpool in June with the girls I love it! Its great when people start commenting on your weight loss eh - I have yet to have that experience this time but I am sure it may happen one day haha!

    We (my college classmates and I) are actually meant to be going as an aside to my college course, because there is a hair show on that weekend. The options were, go across on the Monday for the hairshow or go across on the Saturday, get blathered, stay in a mates aunties B&B and attempt to wake up in time for the hair show on Sunday.... so we chose that one :rotfl:

    I know I will be surviving on crap food and drinking far too much, but hey ho! :p

    Keep yer chin up about the comments, I am sure you will start getting them before you know it x

    Right, no more mucking about for me. I am back on the wagon as from today.
    I am currently eating breakfast for the first time in ages, and am planning the next 7 days meals in advance. That way i dont have to think about it, i just have to defrost whatever i need from the freezer the day before.

    As from Monday i can walk my son to and from school, thus getting exercise everyday.

    Someone kick my !!!!!

    Right Cleggie. Today is a fresh start for us both. First one to break gets a cyber slap from the other!

    I've just been to the supermarket and I've done my weeks shopping. There's nothing I've bought that will damage my diet.

    OK Caroline, lets do this!! :)

    I have just on a self imposed 'lunch break' from doing a kitchen cupboard audit! I am writing a list of everything in each cupboard and the freezer, and sticking the list on the front of the corresponding cupboard.
    As well as being MSE adn helping me save money, it will also help me with planning meals that are healthy so that i dont just make unhealthy quick foods.

    I am also aiming to have a go on 'Just Dance' on the wii for half an hour.

    Morning all.

    Well giddy after today's weigh in :D:D:D

    I now weigh 15 stone 12lbs :T and have lost a grand total of 20lbs in 6 weeks!!

    After last weeks result I was a bit scared to get on the scales this morning.... secretly I was hoping I might manage to get under the 16 stone mark, but I knew I would have to work hard..... this week I have been a tad addicted to the ww toffee and vanilla yogurts, they really have subbed my chocolate cravings.

    Some slip ups last week for me but I averaged 1320 calories a day, felt satisfied and got all my five a day and calcium in. This week I'm working on my diet coke addiction too. It costs me a fortune. Wish me luck.

    Morning all!

    Well, its blimmin FREEZING outside this morning, but my exercise plan starts today, so i wil be walking my son to school and back, no matter how cold!

    I will spend most of the day on my bottom writing my dissertation, so i desperately need to get that bit of exercise this morning!!

    I lost another 2lbs this week taking me upto 8lbs.

    However was out saturday & sunday & ate & drank loads - och well! was my big cousins birthday so we had to celebrate.

    I'm still ill today - bleaurgh
